We designed the Photo Styling option for homeowners who have already completed the "homework" from our Staging Report, or received our Staging services and prefer to have a professional eye check over and fine tune any remaining last minute details so the home is ready for the photographer and the real estate market.

 

One hour before the scheduled photoshoot, we will arrive at the property to ensure it is photo ready. This includes fine tuning and setting up each space so it's perfect for every shot and beautiful from every angle. We attend to all the last minute details and pay close attention to lighting, decor & furnishings ensuring the listing looks its best.
